Alex Haag is the driving force behind HS Ultra’s mission to revolutionize indoor health and disinfection. With a background in chemical engineering and a career spanning industrial plant management and environmental innovation, Alex brings both technical expertise and visionary leadership to the company.
What makes his work personal is his own journey—growing up with exercise-induced asthma, unaware of the hidden mold in his childhood home. That experience fuels his commitment to helping others live and breathe in safer environments through chemical-free solutions like ozone and UV light.
From leading a $34 million expansion at Dakota Ethanol to co-founding HS Ultra, Alex has dedicated his life to building: building cleaner spaces, stronger teams, and a legacy of service. His leadership style blends high standards with deep compassion—empowering his team to rise, serve, and grow with integrity.
Today, Alex leads HS Ultra with a belief that disinfection can be both powerful and natural—using the gifts God has given us to restore balance to the places where people live, work, and heal.

With over 17 years of experience leading turnaround efforts in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, Brent knows what it takes to bring failing systems back to life. At HS Ultra, he uses that same expertise to challenge outdated sanitation standards and engineer smarter, faster, and more sustainable disinfection solutions.
Brent believes companies deserve more than chemical sales pitches—they deserve real answers. He brings a scientific mindset, a strategic approach, and a deep passion for innovation to every project. Whether it’s designing a custom ozone system or refining microbial testing protocols, Brent’s goal is always the same: deliver results that matter.
